Welcome back from your tryptophan infused coma, aka, Thanksgiving. I hope you had a lovely time with friends and family.
If you saw my post a few weeks back you know that this Friday, Dr. Alex and I will be heading to CVIM to volunteer with Give Kids A Smile.
