Question of the Day...

How do you prepare for first day of school?

So far we have purchased most of our supplies and the kids received lunch boxes as a gift~ so check that off the list. My daughter needs a new back pack but the little man is all set. I'm hoping to organize and area for homework, etc before school starts but I'm a serious procrastinator so I have my doubts it will get done.

What is on your to do list? Do you have any tricks for getting it done quickly & on the cheap?

Not exactly free but if you have a kid or two or three, I'm sure $75 is nothing in one day...probably one store!

Office Depot Deal-UPDATE

So my gift card was actually for $29, not $15.  So this was all free!  I purchased 4-4 packs of glue, 3 pencil boxes, 2 packages of colored pencil, 2 packages of markers, 2 folders, 1 box of crayon, 1 scissor and 2 back packs!!!  The back packs came right off the total no problem.  While I was at it, I took back 2 ink cartridges so I'll get a few more dollars at the end of the quarter. 

Heading to Office Depot to check out the free back pack deal...I will definitely post an update. Buy $10 worth of stuff and get a free back pack and I have a $15 gift card!!!

Free Backpacks-sort of...

Office Max and Staples are offering backpacks that are free after mail-in rebate with rewards card. If I'm reading it correctly you get the money back in store credit...so it might be worth it if you shop at either of these stores often. I do not, so I don't think I'll be heading over to check out the deal. You will need a rewards card number in order to get the deal.
