Refridgertor Study Oppportunity!

Hey Friends, I was contacted by Ethnographic Research, Inc and they're looking for people in our area to participate in a study about how you use your refridgerator! Check out the info below & please contact them with any questions.

Ethnographic Research, Inc. (www.ethnographic-research.com) is a group of sociologists and anthropologists who spend time with people to find out how products and services fit into their lives.

We are doing a project in the Philadelphia area to understand how people use their refrigerators. Typically we visit while you would normally be using your refrigerator and for this project we are interested in going grocery shopping with you and watching while you unload and put away groceries (of course, we will be happy to help you carrying them in!) This helps us to see how refrigerators are really used and where there could potentially be improvements. Participants will receive $200 in cash for spending 3-4 hours with us including a grocery shopping, and will receive a video camera to do a little homework assignment prior to our visit (you get to keep the camera). There will be only one visit with you for this study. We are planning to visit qualifying participants in mid-April, 2012, but we need to identify participants by March 28th!

We are looking for both females and males who are between 25-59. You need to be a home (or condo) owner, and need to have purchased a new refrigerator for your home in the past 2 years. There are other some other criteria to qualify for this study—so please contact us at 816.931.7772 or email fridge@ethnoraphic-research.com to see if you qualify or to find out more about the study.
We look forward to hearing from you!
