Calling all little ghosts, ghouls and fairy princesses too! Saturday, October 29th Springfield Mall invites you to a Giggle Gang Halloween Concert Event! Delaware County’s Makin’ Music will be performing live in Center Court from 11am to noon. Come in costume!
