Free Hooping Jam - August 24th

Free Hooping Jam (hula hooping for fun & maybe a little exercise, don't worry, I asked!) for all Delco and Mainline moms and kids: here is the information: Live Well Holistic Health Center Hoop Jam: Aug. 24, 6-7pm, Linwood Park, Linwood and Athens Aves, Ardmore. This event will feature a drum circle.
