An example of some of the items you can get with the USA Edition. |
I don't know about you, but I don't need another toy to go in my kids rooms or playroom. We have so many! When I was asked to review
Little Passports, I jumped at the chance because it sounded like such a cool idea & neat gift that could be given!
We received our little passports kit in the mail, addressed to my kids, so that was an automatic win-they love to get mail! The little passports information came in a cute suitcase which is handy for keeping track of the monthly items that come to your kids.
Little Passports is a kids subscription service that delivers new information monthly-this is a great gift to get kids excited about learning about different states or countries. Your children go on an adventure every month with Sam & Sofia to different countries (World edition) or different states (USA Edition). There a variety of subscription levels to choose from, so you can start with just a few months to see if your kids like it ---which is nice! Every month your child gets a package in the mail from Sam & Sophia which may include
a letter, souvenirs, stickers, photos, access to additional online games & activities
My 9 year old daughter loved, the kit and getting to go online to play the games & take quizzes. She wanted to learn more which was fantastic. We played the World Edition and her only complaint was that she wanted to do more right away, she doesn't want to wait for another month! She really liked the huge world map that came with it too-we had a number of conversations about where different countries were located!

My 5 year old son wanted to play with the program, but he doesn't know how to read and so he was frustrated right away. I had to help him, which was okay but I think he wanted to play with out me! He also didn't know any answers to the quizzes he took but didn't seem to mind (and it wasn't surprising, I learned a few things from the program!!!) He loved playing the world map puzzle game & really liked the little blue suitcase that came in the mail.
Little Passports is supposed to be for kids 5-12, I think most 5 year olds would have a little trouble...but they will start to get the hang of it as they get more packages in the mail! My 9 year old was at the perfect age to play with it by herself & learn.
