What I like to do for Stess Relief

Stress is a part of life in this day and age. Stress comes in many forms, affects people many different ways... We may not be able to predict or control what is stressing us out, but we can take action to manage our stress...

Here are some things I like to do to manage stress:

1. Curl up with a good book
2. Take a long, hot bath
3. Listen to music
4. Go for a walk (go to a park or an arboretum- take in the beautiful scenery)
5. Work on my scrapbooks/crafts
6. Look at old pictures/watch old home movies
7. Girls night out with good friends. Enjoy a glass of wine and chatting.
8. Coloring/painting (The kids love to do this one with me!)
9. Yoga
10. Swimming
11. Crocheting
12. Scalp massage: 

Easy, relaxing, and cheap!

I bought mine at Bed, Bath, and Beyond!

Other ideas:
Any form of exercise you enjoy
Go get a Massage
Dance - let loose and get down to your favorite tunes
Watch your favorite movie
Treat yourself to a pedicure
