In an effort to save some time, money & calories, I'm getting back on the Meal Plan bandwagon. I used to plan at least once a week before going to the grocery store and just haven't kept up on it. In an effort to be accountable---I'm sharing with you & this way I won't lose my list!
So a few things about my family...they like to eat, no one is really very particular but I don't think red meat agrees with me, so usually limit the intake just so I feel good. We also usually eat our lunch at home or pack for school, so I need to keep this in mind when grocery shopping so I can offer more than peanut butter & jelly.
Sunday: Pasta with sauteed broccoli, onions & mushrooms
Monday: Pizza, using the bread maker to make our dough!
Tuesday: Chicken & Cheese Quesadilla
Wednesday: Lental Soup & corn bread
Friday: Stir fry
Saturday: Going out!
Sunday: Superbowl party
Lunch Ideas: Peanut butter & jelly, turkey & cheese, left over pizza & soup
