Monday Menu Plan


In an effort to save some time, money & calories, I'm getting back on the Meal Plan bandwagon.  I used to plan at least once a week before going to the grocery store and just haven't kept up on it.  In an effort to be accountable---I'm sharing with you & this way I won't lose my list!

So a few things about my family...they like to eat, no one is really very particular but I don't think red meat agrees with me, so usually limit the intake just so I feel good.  We also usually eat our lunch at home or pack for school, so I need to keep this in mind when grocery shopping so I can offer more than peanut butter & jelly.

Sunday: Pasta with sauteed broccoli, onions & mushrooms
Monday: Pizza, using the bread maker to make our dough!
Tuesday: Chicken & Cheese Quesadilla
Wednesday: Lental Soup & corn bread
Thursday: Leftovers
Friday: Stir fry
Saturday: Going out!
Sunday: Superbowl party


Lunch Ideas: Peanut butter & jelly, turkey & cheese, left over pizza & soup

  1. I need to work on my lunch ideas. We're in the pbj rut right now. I think I may get some turkey and sliced cheese for next week.

    1. It helps that my little one is still home for most lunches, so he can eat plenty of leftovers...the older one doesn't like as many cold foods so she is really limited in her options!
