A friend of mine received a card from a stranger (read the story
HERE) and I loved it so much that I had to post it! Well I've gotten a few more submissions and I love them all! If you decide to do something or if you receive something, let me know, I'd love to show it off! The acts don't have to be huge, 100 people doing small acts, adds up!
- The Goodwin kids from Wallingford made BEAUTIFUL snowflakes that will help decorate the school where the children from Sandy Hook Elementary School will be moved in the new year. If you'd like to help with the snowflake project go HERE for more details.
I received a few emails that said:
- I let someone who looked like they were in a hurry, go ahead of me at Wawa. It was really great because he totally appreciated it!!!
- I found a quarter on the floor at Pathmark and put it into one of the little machines that give toys-hopefully someone will be surprised to get a free toy!
- I purchased an inexpensive poinsetta and gave it to an elderly neighbor who lives alone. Hopefully it brightened her day!
I love the random acts of kindness and hope as Christmas approaches more people participate.
